The United States provides E-2 investor visas to citizens of former Soviet Union countries such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan; and EB-5 investor visas to citizens of any country, including Russia, Belarus, and other former Soviet Union countries. The initial concrete two-story house with an area of ​​700 sq.m. is already under construction on a land plot of 2 hectares; the plot is being prepared for division into 4 parts. We have the right to conduct construction projects anywhere in California, including Rural Areas and High Unemployment Areas. We can start any project of any caliber and in any location "for an investor" with one condition: the project must be profitable.

Subsequently, it is planned to enter into government contracts to defend villages destroyed by fires, as well as private orders in the premium segment.
