Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo on the occasion of Independence Day. The congratulatory message reads: “Warm congratulations to you and the friendly Finnish people on the occasion of Independence Day. Finland is Armenia's reliable partner, and we value the continued expansion and deepening of bilateral friendship based on mutual values. We highly value Finland's government's support for democratic reforms in Armenia, as well as the further deepening of Armenia–EU cooperation.
