2025-12-05 17:21:00 Unibank's perpetual bonds were placed in under a day. Paywalled content UniBank has completed the placement of perpetual bonds significantly earlier than the scheduled deadline. Demand for the issue significantly exceeded supply, resulting in the entire issue being allocated within almost a day. Given investors' strong interest, UniBank plans to issue a new perpetual bond as early as next week, which will enable meeting customers' current demand. Perpetual bonds are being distributed in Armenia for the first time. UniBank carried out cash and USD issuances, with volumes of 3.5 billion AMD and 9 million USD, respectively. The new investment instrument provides long-term, regular income. The bonds were acquired by a wide range of individuals and legal entities. Their willingness to invest in a long-term instrument confirms UniBank's high trust and the attractiveness of the offering.
