

On November 14, during an official visit to Georgia, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan was received by Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. The talks discussed the ongoing development of the strategic partnership between Armenia and Georgia, including active political dialogue as well as the deepening of economic ties and interconnection. In the context of promoting business ties, reference was made to the efforts undertaken to effectively realize the two countries' transit potential. In this context, Minister Mirzoyan also presented the agreements reached on August 8 in Washington regarding the unblocking of regional transit corridors and the new opportunities that would be opened by their implementation. He emphasized that the process is in line with the vision of Armenia's 'Peace Crossroads' project. Ararat Mirzoyan expressed gratitude for Georgia's support of the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Armenian Foreign Minister and the Georgian Prime Minister exchanged views on international developments and other issues of mutual interest.
