Thought your stay in Lumiose City was done? Not likely. Today, The Pokémon Company debuted a new trailer for Pokémon Legends Z-A’s DLC, Mega Dimension, confirming the release date for the new content. The expansion will arrive on December 10 and includes the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa as a focus, as well as returning Pokémon and their Mega Evolutions, including Mega Raichu X and Y variants. Mega Dimension DLC comes to Pokémon Legends Z-A next month. As a reminder, you can pre-order the expansion right now and receive additional Holo-X and Holo-Y apparel sets to customize your trainer in the base Legends Z-A game right away. Previously, the game’s store page had said the DLC would be released by February 28, 2026, so at least the wait isn’t as long as we’d hoped. The DLC will also allow your Pokémon to reach levels higher than 100 – a first for the franchise. In our review of the game, we called it a 'battling bonanza'. 'Pokémon Legends Z-A improves on its predecessor, Arceus, by making battles just as fun as catching. The Z-A Royale and the mystery of Rogue Mega Pokémon mean exploring Lumiose City is a consistently rewarding delight, especially when every corner feels carefully curated with Pokémon quests, items, and more.' Will you be picking up the DLC? Let us know.
