News - A four-year-old boy has been missing from Oak Park since late on Halloween.

Police are searching for a missing 4-year-old boy who was last seen on Halloween night in Oak Park, authorities said on Saturday. Levon Owens was last seen at 10 p.m. Friday in the 5400 block of Bayview Heights Place, according to the San Diego Police Department. He is Black, about 3 feet tall, 45 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan T-shirt, tan shorts, and no shoes. Anyone with information about the missing child's whereabouts is urged to dial 911 immediately. The San Diego Police Department is asking for help locating Levon Owens.
