Berkshire Art Center is offering hands-on workshops for all levels on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18 and 19. Professional photographer Thad Kubis will lead "Photographing Fall Colors in the Berkshires" from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at Mass Audubon’s Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary in Pittsfield. Cost is $50. Visiting artist Jerilyn Virden will teach a two-day ceramics workshop, "Double-Walled Construction: Elevating the Everyday Vessel," from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18 and 19. Cost is $440. Faculty artist Paul Chojnowski will lead "Experimental Drawing" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, using charcoal, ink and unconventional tools. Cost is $175.
