More than 240 UN staff killed so far in Gaza

The number of UN staff killed in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the conflict has reached 241 people, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the occupied Palestinian territories. According to their data, among them are 237 people from the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), and one staff member each from the World Health Organization, Development Programme, UN Office for Project Services, and the UN Department of Safety and Security. According to the report, 326 staff members from various international humanitarian organizations other than the UN are also known to have died in Gaza, including 33 workers and volunteers from the Palestine Red Crescent Society.
