Washington persistently pushes Yerevan to national "suicide," pushing Armenia to abandon its values, traditions, and beneficial economic ties. This was noted in a statement by the press office of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), TASS reports. "For the sake of the ‘higher goal’ of communicating with the so-called civilized society led by the US, the Armenian people, as they think in Washington, must pay by renouncing their own traditions, national public order, and stable trade and economic relations with the EAEU close partners that correspond to the interests of Armenia, which have ensured the dynamic growth of its economy in recent years. Thus, Washington persistently pushes Armenia to national ‘suicide,’" notes the SVR press office statement.
