News - Pashinyan: Armenia-Iraq political dialogue has risen to qualitatively new level in recent times

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani of Iraq on the latter’s national holiday: Independence Day anniversary. The message reads as follows, in part: "I am happy to report that recently the political dialogue between Armenia and Iraq has risen to a qualitatively new level. On this occasion, I attach special importance to the meetings I had with you within the framework of international conferences. I am sure that between our two friendly states there is a huge potential for substantial multi-sectoral cooperation, and with our joint efforts we will be able to contribute to the full realization of this potential, especially in the trade, economic, scientific, educational and cultural spheres, for the benefit of our states and peoples."
