Putin: Azerbaijan aims to settle situation regarding Karabakh

Azerbaijan aims to settle the situation regarding Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian President Vladimir Putin said. "I know that Azerbaijan aims to complete all the procedures related to a full settlement; I know it well," Putin stated during his talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, which are taking place at Aliyev's presidential residence in Baku.
