News - Israel forbids its soldiers to stay in Azerbaijan and Georgia, media report

Israel has banned its servicemen from staying in Azerbaijan and Georgia due to the threat of Iran, according to Israel's Kan state television and radio company, TASS reports. As per the respective order of the leadership of the Israeli army, the Israelis in military service who for some reason are now in those two countries of the South Caucasus are obligated to return to Israel immediately, Kan informed. It was noted that Georgia and Azerbaijan are located near Iran, Iranians live in their territory, and, also, Azerbaijan shares a common border with Iran.
