Armenia does not intend to change its constitution at the demand of the Azerbaijani side, Armenia's economy minister, Gevorg Papoyan, said, speaking with reporters Thursday. "The Republic of Armenia can change its constitution by the decision of the citizens of Armenia. The Republic of Armenia does not change its constitution at the demand of any country; whether to change or not is our internal matter," Papoyan said in response to a reporter's remark about the respective demand from Azerbaijan.
