News - Armenian Parliament Vice-Speaker: There is a historical opportunity to sign a peace treaty with Baku

We have always said that there is a historical opportunity to sign a peace treaty. This was stated by Armenian Parliament Vice Speaker Hakob Arshakyan in a conversation with journalists on July 12. Speaking about the signing of the peace treaty, Arshakyan noted that the Armenian side has repeatedly stated that it has enough will to establish peace, both the people and the authorities are ready for it. Speaking about the works on demarcation and delimitation with Azerbaijan and what concessions Baku made in that process, the Vice President noted that the process has just started and it's impossible to speak about further concessions on the part of Azerbaijan, as only 3% of the process has been implemented so far.
