Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan visited Belgorod city, where a residential building was destroyed by a missile of Ukrainian troops, TASS reports. "A place where the grief of dozens of people [is concentrated], not only those who suffered, but, I believe, it has a psychological impact on the whole city. Here you have only one feeling: compassion, understanding the full extent of that grief. And naturally, desire arises to end all this quickly," Harutyunyan told reporters.
