"Claims to Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in the Armenian Constitution" are the main obstacle to the negotiation process, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a meeting with Russian Foreign Ministry's special representative for normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations Igor Khovayev, APA reports.According to Azerbaijani media, Bayramov provided Khovayev with information on the process of negotiations on the draft peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
