Lightning strikes passenger plane en route from Russia to Armenia

A Russian Airlines passenger plane flying from Russia to Armenia was struck by lightning, reports the Aviaincident Telegram account. The Airbus A319 was en route from Samara to Yerevan. The incident happened on Sunday. Despite the incident, all systems of this plane functioned as normal. The pilots decided to continue the flight the destination airport. The plane landed safely, and none of the passengers and crew members on board were injured.
