Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential residential customers through door-to-door outreach or by following up on leads provided by the company.
- Perform consultations to assess customer energy requirements and discuss the advantages of solar energy.
- Design and deliver tailor-made solar proposals.
- Keep in touch with prospects and manage customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's achievements.
- Work in coordination with our installation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Keep abreast of the latest solar incentives, programs, and industry developments.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- A self-starter with a positive outlook, goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English is a must (being bilingual, especially in Spanish or Armenian, is a significant advantage).
- Must be comfortable engaging with people directly or over the phone.
- Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.
