Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include generating high-quality leads through various methods such as canvassing, referrals, events, social media, and cold calling, in addition to managing leads provided by us. You'll educate potential customers on the economic, environmental, and functional perks of solar power, create customized solar solutions using our advanced tools, and establish trust to finalize sales with a consultative and ethical approach. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for maintaining precise records, managing your sales funnel with our CRM tool, and collaborating with our teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation. Keeping abreast of the latest in industry developments, financing options, incentives, and regulations is also expected.
Qualifications & Skills
Ideal candidates will have experience in direct sales or relevant fields (experience in solar, TV, mortgages, pest control, or home automation/security sales is a plus), outstanding communication and social abilities, a robust work ethic, self-drive, and a target-oriented mindset. The role requires independent work, effective time management, comfort with CRM and sales tracking technologies, a congenial and professional demeanor, and a dedication to aiding customers in making educated choices. Previous work in a commission-based role, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are crucial.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a base salary of $2,500 per month with On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $150,000 to $200,000.
