We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to spearhead the acquisition of new business by pinpointing and engaging potential clients in need of printing services. The successful candidate will adeptly convey the benefits of our printing services and secure contracts to fuel our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in active pursuit of new clientele through cold calls, face-to-face encounters, and networking. Understand the specific needs of customers to propose tailored printing solutions, including digital, offset, and large format printing. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads to uncover new business avenues. Organize and execute in-person meetings to evaluate client's printing needs. Cultivate and sustain solid relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service. Offer bespoke printing solutions to assist clients in achieving their business goals. Craft and present sales pitches, proposals, and estimates. Negotiate terms and finalize sales to meet company objectives. Surpass established sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Document sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM software. Work in tandem with the production and customer support teams to guarantee project success. Remain informed on industry trends to provide current recommendations to clients. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in field sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the printing or related sectors. In-depth knowledge of printing services and products. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport. Independent self-starter capable of juggling a demanding schedule. Proficient in negotiation and closing sales. Goal-driven with a history of meeting sales targets. Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid driver's license and be open to travel within the assigned sales region. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
