Job Opening: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Job Summary: Join our team as a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care to our center's participants. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, and care plan development, all while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English, with proficient reading and writing skills.
- Perform initial assessments, reassessments, and quarterly evaluations.
- Administer medications accurately and monitor compliance.
- Create and update personalized care plans for each participant.
- Monitor participants' health and document any significant changes.
- Maintain nursing logs and ensure documentation is current and precise.
- Assist participants in accessing necessary medical care.
- Collaborate with and provide updates to multidisciplinary teams and participants' physicians.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid RN license in the state.
- Demonstrated nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of medication administration, health assessments, and care planning.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach, with a strong ability to connect with participants.
