Key Responsibilities

• Keeping your workstation tidy, organized, and up to hygiene standards at all times.
• Managing the inventory of pastry ingredients and promptly communicating restocking needs to the Chef.
• Adhering to strict food safety and handling protocols.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency.
• Meeting prep deadlines efficiently without compromising on quality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 3 years of experience in pastry preparation, with a preference for those who have worked in restaurants, bakeries, or catering.
• A solid understanding of pastry techniques, fundamental baking principles, and dessert plating.
• The capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• A strong commitment to detail and quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
