Key Responsibilities:

2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries with professionalism.
3. Aid our sales and customer service teams by furnishing up-to-date information on our products, services, pricing, and availability.
4. Oversee the processing and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork as needed.
5. Keep office supplies, inventory, and resources well-organized and stocked.
6. Liaise with vendors, delivery staff, and service providers when required.
7. Maintain the reception and common areas in a clean, professional, and inviting manner.
8. Manage sensitive information and documents with the utmost integrity and discretion.
9. Help in organizing appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing essential documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or office assistant capacity, ideally within the windows, doors, or related construction sectors. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with basic office hardware. Exceptional skills in organization, multitasking, and time management are a must.
