Join Our Team: Medical Billing and Records Coordinator
We are on the lookout for a conscientious and detail-oriented individual to manage daily email dispatches of medical bills, reports, and other documents, ensuring all patients seen are fully accounted for. This role also involves fulfilling medical records requests with precision. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Expect to handle a large volume of requests, manage over 100 emails daily, and more.
The position requires physical presence at our office locations in Sherman Oaks or Northridge, from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high volume of phone calls, emails, texts, and be skilled in burning CDs for medical image record requests, preparing reports and invoices for email dispatch, and learning new software efficiently. Outstanding and swift communication skills are essential.
