Join Our Expanding Home Health Care Team 
   We are on the lookout for dependable, detail-focused Office Assistants to become part of our expanding home health care agency. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time engagements. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in a home health care office setting and be adept at juggling various administrative tasks. 
   Schedules Available: 
     Full-Time:  Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
   Part-Time:  Flexible hours (details upon discussion) 
   Core Responsibilities: 
   The role involves, but is not limited to: 
    -  Coordinating patient intake and onboarding processes 
   -  Scheduling appointments and managing staff calendars 
   -  Regularly posting and updating documentation 
   -  Handling inbound calls professionally and courteously 
   -  Facilitating communication with healthcare providers, patients, vendors, and team members 
   
   Requirements for the role include: 
    -  Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills 
   -  Additional language fluency, especially Spanish, is highly regarded 
   -  Experience with Synergy EMR software is advantageous 
   -  Exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette 
   -  Capability to multitask, solve problems, and troubleshoot with minimal guidance 
   -  Basic proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) 
   -  Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams 
   -  Previous experience in a medical or office setting is preferred 
   -  A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Home Health Care office is desired
