Join Our Team: Registered Nurse Needed
We're on the hunt for a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health sector. This role involves a variety of key responsibilities, including:
- Welcoming new patients into our care
- Organizing patient visit schedules
- Ensuring OASIS documents are submitted within 14 days of patient admission
- Managing the discharge process for patients
- Handling the recertification of patients
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health
- An active and in good standing California RN License
- A valid CPR License
- Personal liability insurance
- Exceptional skills in documentation and time management
- The flexibility to travel within LA County and Ventura County
- The ability to independently manage schedules and see patients promptly
