Key Responsibilities
- Crafting high-quality croissants, viennoiserie, and artisan breads such as baguettes and focaccia.
- Aiding the Head Baker in the smooth running of bakery operations day-to-day.
- Guaranteeing consistent excellence in shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
- Participating in the training and management of junior bakers and kitchen personnel.
- Ensuring the work area remains clean and all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Helping in the creation of new recipes and the introduction of seasonal products.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated baking experience, ideally in a leadership or senior role.
- Specialized knowledge in laminated doughs and long fermentation bread techniques.
- A keen eye for detail coupled with effective time management skills.
- A team player with top-notch communication abilities.
- The capacity to thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Languages: Proficiency in English is a must, while knowledge of Spanish and Armenian will be considered a plus.
