Jack’s Cleaners, a well-established dry cleaning business in Pasadena, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Quality Control Associate to become a part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their drop-off and pick-up needs
- Tagging and accurately entering garments into our system
- Bagging and organizing finished garments for delivery or customer pick-up
- Inspecting garments for any stains, damage, or quality issues
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and garment care
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exhibits a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented nature
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or customer service is valued, but not mandatory (comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate!)
