Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors in a board and care, assisted living, or similar setting. This position involves assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer or assist with medications per care plan and facility policy
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines
Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, room tidying, etc.)
Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
Provide companionship and support to residents
Ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment
