We reached out to YS General Construction for an ADU estimate and they were easy to communicate with and very upfront about the permit process. The team sounded knowledgeable and it was nice not feeling pressured during the walkthrough. Scheduling took a little longer than I hoped, but once we got on the calendar everything was smooth. Overall a solid option in the North Hollywood/Glendale area.

They walked us through design and permitting steps in a way that felt realistic, not salesy, and the team was easy to communicate with. Only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is the scheduling was a little slower than we hoped, but overall they seemed professional and well organized.
