I signed up for the 5-stage system and the free installation in LA was actually as advertised, which was a nice surprise. The tech showed up on time and explained the difference between the regular and alkaline options without pushing the upsell. I’m docking a little because scheduling the appointment took a couple calls, but overall the monthly price feels fair for the service and the included filter changes.

The monthly price feels fair for LA, and I like that filter changes are included every 9 months so I don’t have to think about it. Only minor gripe is it took a couple calls to get my first appointment confirmed, but once scheduled it was smooth.
