We used Progressive Air Inc. for an AC tune-up and they showed up on time and explained what they were doing without trying to upsell us. Pricing felt fair for LA, and the system has been running noticeably smoother since. Only knock is scheduling was a little back-and-forth over the phone, but the actual service was solid.
Used Progressive Air Inc. for a maintenance visit on our AC in LA and they showed up on time and got everything checked pretty quickly. Pricing felt fair and they explained what they were doing without trying to upsell me. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is scheduling was a little tight, but overall I’d call them again.
