Had Gaper Inc. handle a window replacement and a patio door install at our place in LA. The crew showed up on time, worked clean, and the fit/finish looks solid so far. Communication was mostly good, although scheduling the final walkthrough took an extra day.
Had Gaper Inc. replace a couple of old windows and a patio door at our place in LA. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked clean, and the new installs look solid with no drafts so far. Communication could’ve been a little clearer on the exact timing, but overall I’m happy with the quality.
