I used Elegance Decor for a small birthday setup in LA and the balloons came out really clean and classy. The Grab & Go garland was easy to pick up and looked great once we hung it, though I wish the pickup window was a little more flexible. Overall solid quality for the price and I’d use them again.

The colors looked really clean in photos and the balloons held up longer than I expected. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the pickup window felt a little tight, but overall I’d order again.
